Meaningful Meetings

Volunteer tourism.

Our goal has always been to create events that exceed expectations and are remembered with enthusiasm by your guests.

With that in mind, we’re pleased to offer Meaningful Meetings -- a new set of programs and partnerships inspired by meeting planners seeking to add a deeper sense of purpose to their events while giving back to the local community.

We are proud to partner with the following organizations

Farm to Pantry is a gleaning organization that works with local farms and volunteers to harvest excess produce that would otherwise go to waste and make it available to local food pantries and schools. It’s a creative, community-driven way of bringing farm-fresh produce to those in need.

Russian Riverkeeper is a local organization dedicated to protecting our regional waterways and the Russian River -- a lifeline to Sonoma County wildlife and agriculture. Take your pick of experiences, each lasting 2-6 hours: A river or creek cleanup, removing invasive plants and planting native species, or an educational hike or paddle.

LandPaths is a local conservation organization committed to growing the community with and in nature. They offer a variety of transformative team building activities that will boost confidence and strengthen bonds, like creating or clearing trails, enhancing streams, or clearing brush to reduce fire hazards.
